Hi, I’m Kristin—Founder of KW Media Design.
For nearly two decades, I worked at Disney—where I learned that the smallest details can make the biggest difference. I was a Quality Assurance Manager, deeply immersed in guest experience, precision, and the kind of magic that happens when people feel seen, understood, and inspired.
And then, in 2020, everything changed.
Like so many others, I was furloughed during the pandemic. But instead of seeing it as the end of a chapter, I saw it as an invitation:
What if I could use what I’d learned at Disney to help business owners tell their stories just as powerfully?
So I said yes.
Yes to reinvention.
Yes to helping others show up with confidence online.
Yes to building something that blended creativity, strategy, and service.

In 2018, I hiked to Pulpit Rock in Norway—a nearly 2,000-foot cliff that’s as breathtaking as it is intense. The trail was steep, the rain was relentless, and the climb took almost three hours. Coming down wasn’t much easier. But standing at the top? Totally worth it. That hike sums up how I try to tackle life and business: with grit, heart, and a belief that the hard stuff is what leads to the most rewarding views.
